Position: Housekeeper
Location: Paris 8th
Period: as soon as possible
Contrat : permanent part-time contract – 22.5 hours per week
Spécificités : Monday to Friday, from 7:30am to 12:00pm
Maison Helya is looking for an experienced Housekeeper to care for three apartments and one office, all located within the same building. The owners wish for these rarely occupied spaces to be maintained with care and consistency, in a spirit of trust and autonomy.
Missions & responsibilities of an housekeeper:
- Daily cleaning and upkeep of the three apartments: dusting, tidying, general cleaning, and care of delicate surfaces and materials
- Laundry care: washing, ironing, folding, and storage
- Light housekeeping of the office space, which is occupied part-time by a secretary
- Maintaining all areas in impeccable condition, even during extended absences of the owners
- Preparing the apartments ahead of the couple’s occasional visits to Paris (a few times per year)
- Picking up a fresh baguette each morning during their stays
Required profile:
- Proven experience as a professional Housekeeper
- Excellent knowledge of cleaning techniques and products suitable for high-end interiors
- Skilled in handling fine fabrics and delicate laundry
- Polished appearance and strong communication skills
- Highly autonomous, discreet, and reliable
- Strong attention to detail and pride in a job well done
- Excellent organisational skills and sense of initiative
